Abstract
The article provides a philosophical and methodological analysis of interdisciplinarity as a key factor in the development of contemporary management science. It is shown that the transition from classical rationalistic and systems-based models to digital management is driven by the growing complexity of socio-economic systems, increasing uncertainty, and the need to integrate heterogeneous scientific approaches. Interdisciplinarity is interpreted not as a mechanical borrowing of methods from related disciplines, but as a specific type of scientific rationality characteristic of the post-nonclassical stage of science. The authors argue that further development of management science requires deeper methodological synthesis combined with disciplinary rigor and philosophical reflection.
